Rapé Cohoba

Rapé Cohoba is my latest creation. The recipe I used for this snuff is almost the same as the recipe I used for making rapé Ayo. The only difference is the absence of the Aya component. Instead of the mixed energies that come with the Ayo snuff, rapé Cohoba offers a different way to study this energy.
Cohoba powder together with Sabiá and another very rare powerful strain together with Parika ash. The rapé Cohoba has deep earthly, nutty aromatic tones and brings deep meditative states.

This is quite masculine snuff, especially for people who love to dive deep.

Cohoba, Parika

Seeds from which the Cohoba powder is made come from the Parika tree. These seeds grow in elongated pods. The Parika tree is native to the Caribbean and South America and can reach heights up to 20 meters.
The use of pure pulverized Cohoba holds a centuries-old traditional usage. Although Cohoba is synonymous with the word Parika in the Amazon, almost all Parika snuffs I know use the bark ashes but not the seeds.

Cohoba has various names. One of them is Parika. Rapé Parika is well known as a powerful snuff. But the power from almost all Parika rapé I know of comes from the bark ash. Rapé Cohoba combines pulverized seeds with Parika bark ash.

Pure Cohoba can be a strong entheogenic snuff if you can get potent seeds and prepare them in the correct way. The Cohoba I am using for this rapé is fully active and quite potent. The added amount of Cohobas function is to deepen and broaden your experience.
With a relatively low percentage of Cohoba it brings just enough power to stay in balance with the other forces at work. This is a very potent rapé that might not be for everybody. It also might sting/burn more than you are used to.

Handling & Sorting

I sieve this Rapé Cohoba and all other snuff coming from my shop through a 120-micron high-grade stainless steel mesh. I also store the Rapé stock dry and in vacuum containers to prolong freshness and quality.

This results in.
